Educational Requirements: Master's degree or above

Professional Requirements: Meteorology, atmospheric science and other meteorological majors, the major can be appropriately relaxed for those who have working experience in related fields.

Work experience: with data analysis and processing skills. Experience in meteorological industry is preferred; experience in meteorological related product development or project management is preferred. 

Job responsibilities: Participate in market research, demand analysis, product planning and project management of LiDAR series products in meteorological field, coordinate the R&D team to promote product development, support the preparation of technical solutions and customer communication. 

Competence requirements: good communication and coordination skills, project management skills and teamwork spirit, with strong learning ability and innovation consciousness. 

Other requirements: motivated, responsible, able to adapt to the rapid development of the work environment, willing to continuously improve their professional ability.
