Job responsibilities:

1, the process review of new research products, product process solutions, equipment layout, harness alignment and other manufacturable aspects can be effectively assessed and reviewed, in the research and development of the front-end can be effectively involved in the process, to avoid the revision of the mass production stage;

2、Responsible for the specification and standardisation of the wiring harness within the equipment;

3、Responsible for new products in the R & D end to the production line into the overall work of the product at all stages of the possible existence of the manufacturability of the problem to predict and put forward ideas for improvement;

4、Lead the trial production of pre-preparation, trial production in the analysis of problems, solutions and feedback, tracking, promoting improvement, effective closure of trial production problems, to ensure that the project is successfully introduced into mass production;

5、Process design stage for engineering design, output process documents (process flow chart, process special case list, SOP, operating instructions, summary of abnormal problems);

Tenure requirements:

1, bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in electronics industry process work, familiar with SMT, electronic product production process and project management;

2, with electronic and electrical products, industrial control products and other related industries experience;

3, with wiring harness optimisation, circuit board process control and other related experience;

4、Workshop production follow the line experience is preferred.
