Work experience: experience in wind resource assessment work or product management in wind power related fields is preferred; familiarity with wind power project resource assessment, wind power project power enhancement and load shedding, LiDAR application scenarios is preferred; work experience in related design institutes, wind turbine manufacturing, etc. is preferred. 

Responsibilities: Participate in market research, demand analysis, product planning and project management of LiDAR series products in the wind power field, coordinate the R&D team to promote product development, support the preparation of technical solutions and customer communication. 

Competence requirements: good communication and coordination skills, project management skills and teamwork spirit, with strong learning ability and sense of innovation. 

Other requirements: motivated, responsible, able to adapt to the rapid development of the work environment, willing to continuously improve their professional ability.

Educational Requirements: Master degree or above

Professional background requirements: optical engineering, electronic engineering, geographic remote sensing, meteorology, environment, ocean, new energy and other related majors.
